"I stayed at Tora Hotel Asakusa for 11 days during my trip to Tokyo and had a great experience. The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials a solo traveler might need. From basic kitchen tools to toiletries, everything was thoughtfully provided, which made my long stay very comfortable.\n\nThe location is super convenient — just a short walk to public transport, pharmacies, and several konbini (convenience stores). It’s also in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Asakusa!"

"Visited in December 2023\nI loved my stay in Tora Hotel Asakusa, the location of this hotel is strategic though the distance from the metro station is not as near as I expected, it's walkable.\n\nMy travel plans involved staying in this hostel for one night and then leaving for Hakone for 2 nights stay and then returning to this hostel again for another 3 nights stay - the staffs were understanding and considerate enough to allow me to store my (larger) luggage with them while I was away in Hakone.\n\nI stayed in the female only dormitory. To enter, we have to key in a passcode (which I liked because of safety), each one of us have a luggage storage locker, the bed sheets were fresh and clean, hair dryer was provided and the bathroom was clean as well. The dormitory was full but it was calm, there wasn't much noise or disturbance. One night when I came back to the hostel, they're watching some anime movie or something at the lobby, haha fun! Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to all especially solo travellers :)"

"I stayed here my first three days in Tokyo and it was great! Amazing location, walking distance from Senso-Ji temple and very close to Skytree, lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a Lawson Kombini ! The staff was helpful and nice!\nMy fave thing about this place is it had a kitchen so you can make your own meals to save money def a plus for a budget traveler like me , and the bed was spacious and comfy , they also had a bathtub which was amazing for me as my body and feet were achy after long days exploring Asakusa and a trip to Disneysea! 10/10 place\nMy only suggestion would be they place cleaning products somewhere so we can tidy up, everyone isn’t raised the same and some people were a bit messy and also air freshener because there’s like 4 toilets and sometimes people go #2 and it smelled lol also, hooks in the bunks would be helpful for people who have a robe or want their purse/bag on hand !"
