APA Hotel Kanda Ekihigashi

"Stayed here last year. Rooms are small but you have absolutely everything you need. Hotel is clean, staff is polite, location is very good. The only thing I didn’t like is that they are very strict with checkout time, literally want to charge you extra for 20 minutes delay. Other than that, great hotel. Will stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed at APA Hotel PRIDE Asakasa Kokkaigijidomae last year. We had very good impression of APA so I chose APA again. This time I chose Kanda Ekimae. Check-in was very smooth and rooms were very clean. If there’s a 6 star I would choose that too! During my stay this time, on our first night, the aircon gave out a very mushy smell. Initially my husband thought was his socks which her wore the whole day. But the smell was still lingering around even we opened the main door. I suspected it was from the aircon so I stood on the bed and took a deep breath and indeed it was from the aircon! I quickly dialled for the hotel front desk. Within 3 mins….just 3 mins a lady staff called at our door! Though she couldn’t smell it but she didn’t insist on that but instead she said could be her nose blocked! She arranged another room for us and brought me to the room to check if the room aircon had no mushy smell. Her way of dealing with customer’s complaint was really very professional. All was settled within 30mins but not long after she left, I discovered that we left one luggage under the bed of our first room! I called front desk again and a male staff answered and less than 2mins he brought our luggage to us! Thank you so much to the staffs at APA hotel Kanda Ekimae!!!!! I’m looking forward to my next 2 stays in APA hotels at Osaka and Kyoto!"

"Very well located the hotel, the facilities and rooms have what you need for your stay, always very friendly. I just want to add that I accidentally forgot my suitcase in the room, And they have responded by being clear at all times to help me recover my belongings. Thank you very much."
