Rome Marriott Park Hotel

"Some of the reviews of the hotel made me nervous, but our stay was great! We stayed four nights, and each day took the bus into Rome in the early morning, and spent the late afternoons in the pool.\nThe rooms are dated, yes, but they never felt dirty or unsafe. The staff we experienced were also very friendly and helpful! We had a short experience for checking in, but did however see very long lines some days.\nThe pizza, bar food, and breakfast were all good, but I would not recommend eating at the brassiere for lunch or dinner as it was not great.\nOverall I can recommend this hotel, it was a good stay for us!"

"Rooms and carpets were moldy. Couple of people in my traveling party with allergies got completely sick because of the mold. Mercifully we didn’t stay too long\n\nRestaurant lunch was possibly the worst food I’ve eaten in all of Italy - generic, tasteless and overpriced. Very poor quality for a Marriott. You are better off eating in the city or the airport\n\nLocation is far from city but they do offer a pretty convenient shuttle service into the city Centre for about 8E which is super helpful.\nHotel is convenient distance to the airport."

"I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Park and had a generally pleasant experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff—everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made a big difference during my stay. The location is also a major plus, offering convenient access to the airport, which is perfect for travelers on tight schedules.\n\nThat said, the hotel could benefit from some modernization. The rooms, particularly the furniture and mattresses, feel quite dated. The mattress in my room was noticeably saggy, which affected sleep quality. Updating these elements would go a long way in bringing the hotel up to the high standards expected of the Marriott brand.\n\nAs a Titanium Elite member, I also believe the property would benefit greatly from adding a lounge—or at the very least, having someone available who is dedicated to recognizing and supporting elite members. It’s something that can elevate the experience and might attract more loyal Marriott guests to book here regularly.\n\nOverall, the hotel has a solid foundation with great service and location. With a few updates and enhanced amenities, it has the potential to be a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers."
