"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing ,\nThe breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free,\nThe baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant.\nThe reception staff is also good, Especially Mr Fabio , he is very attentive kind and helpful.\nRoom is being cleaned every day. The cleaners do excellent job , everything is clean and fresh."

"Not as expected at all. Not only my room door but also my friend's, sometimes could be opened just by pushing it( without even using the key card) and some other times it could not be opened even with the card. The bathroom could be cleaner and the breakfast could be much better for its price. The location is pretty good. The heating horrible. Generally it's really not that bad BUT not for its price."

"Rooms are old and a little unclean!\nBeds are not comfortable at all!\nOnly 2 bottles of water for your whole stay!!!! Regardless if you stay for 1 night or 10 nights!\n\nBreakfast is the exact same everyday with no variety whatsoever!\nThe staff in the dining makes you feel like you are a burden!\n\nElevators are horrible!\n\nOverall I would be ok if it was 50-70 euros a night and if they were 2 stars accommodation rather than 4! Because they are clearly not worth the 4 stars."
