"Great location to everything\nDownside we were placed a what looked to be staff living quarters. We were moved to a much nicer room. Only negative is the room was tired. Flaking paint on the ceiling, duct tape holding fire alarm in place and the air con vents didn’t look to have been cleaned in a while.\n\nEven with that we enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again."

"We recently stayed at Navona Palace Luxury Inn and had a mixed experience overall.\n\nThe location is excellent—right in the center of Rome and close to everything, which made exploring the city easy and convenient.\n\nThe room was okay, but for a triple room apartment, there were several issues. There was only a coffee machine with two pods and two cups—not ideal when there are three guests. No options for tea drinkers and no milk sachets were provided either. The TV had no English channels, and the bed was uncomfortable. The layout of the room was also a bit strange, with the toilet within the bedroom which felt awkward when someone was sleeping in the room.\n\nThe air conditioning worked really well, which was a highlight, and the noise levels were bearable, so we were able to rest.\n\nHowever, the staff were not overly friendly or welcoming. On arrival, we were not given any information—no mention of where or when breakfast was served, or any general guidance. It didn’t feel like a warm welcome at all.\n\nWhen we checked out at 3am, we had to wake up the staff member who was asleep on the sofa. He didn’t seem particularly pleased or helpful, which left a poor final impression.\n\nAlso, be aware that the rooftop hot tub is not available to all guests—you can only use it if you’ve booked a specific room, which we found misleading based on how it’s advertised.\n\nIn summary: the location is fantastic and the air con worked well, but the service, room layout, and some basic amenities left a lot to be desired. It’s a decent place if you’re prioritizing location, but not quite the “luxury inn” experience you’d expect from the name."

"We came to this hotel on the 11th of April 2025 and stayed in the moon room on floor two. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so very helpful indeed. The one big disappointment is that you do not have the correct amount of tea and coffee in your room when you first arrive and it is only a coffee machine in order to make your hot drinks. If you’re coming to this hotel, be very aware that there is a lot of noise from the pub or bar underneath the hotel, so please bring earplugs. The breakfast is very plentiful and very nice indeed. We will definitely come here again because it was fabulous. This hotel unfortunately though is not accessible to people in wheelchairs as there are steps into the building And throughout. The cleaners do a fabulous job and we were so very pleased and proud of what they did for us. As a blind person I would say this hotel is fully accessible and it is extremely accessible to all attractions within Rome. Please give this hotel your custom because they definitely deserve it and although it is extremely noisy due to other businesses within the area. This is not the hotels fault at all. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you everyone for a wonderful time."
