"One of the worst “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in and to be honest, it’s not even a real hotel. It has nothing to do with the pictures shown online. My husband and I were extremely disappointed 🤦🏻‍♀️\n\nFirst of all, the room was tiny, poorly ventilated, and of course, no sunlight came in. The view was of the back of other buildings, so the room smelled musty and unpleasant. We ended up coughing and sneezing all night due to the dampness 😅 there was visible moisture all around the room! The headboard was dirty, with visible marks where people had rested their heads, one side of the curtain was broken and had clearly not been repaired, which made it even harder to block the outside light or have any privacy.\n\nThe whole establishment was so small and poorly insulated that we could hear every step and voice from people walking past our room.\n\nIn the morning, the breakfast was well below our expectations. It’s not the most important thing for us, but it’s worth mentioning. It was served in a tiny backyard that looked nothing like the pictures.\n\nI’m really sorry I had such a bad experience in one of the most beautiful cities in the world."

"We spent 4 amazing days in Rome and this guest house made the experience just perfect. It is outside the ztl, great for those coming by car, but in a radius of 1km you will have Colosseo, Trevi, Termini station and many other touristic points by walk. Rooms always very clean, air conditioning working amazing, breakfast included and really friendly employees. I was with a 2 years old, they have free cots. I loved everything and I would go back."
