"The location is not safe. While our friends was wandering off, some guys with dangerous objects, surrounded our friends.Burglars stole our new packages from our bus and hotel employess didnt help ,bus was in front of the hotel. The security employee showed us the photos of when our bus' door opened(he said i took the photo at 04.38). And he said i cant do anything about it even though he have photos??? they didnt tell us what should we do. They just said this is the public area we dont responsible about it. They couldnt be responsible but they could help us with told us what should we do but they didnt. And thats my point. They cant be responsible but they should help us,we are foreign after all. I will never go there again,and i dont suggest this hotel neither to people."

"I was charged €160 for a small room, a bath with a small piece of glass that is pointless as water goes everywhere. This makes stepping into and out of the high bath literally a death trap. Location is great if you are driving off the highway, or if you are in coach tours, but pointless for the casual traveller as far out of the centre. If they had the decency to charge for a quarter or less of the price, maybe, but this is extortion."

"We didn’t have functional fridge in the room, the answer of the hotel is a general damage in the hotel and no room had fridge service, the location of the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the nearest public transport station, at least we had 3 super markets near of our area"
