"Do not recommend.\nWe chose this hotel because it was marked as “pet-friendly,” but the experience was far from it. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff showed a clear negative attitude upon seeing our small dog (2 kg). Without even telling welcome and what hotel offers, we were immediately met with a list of rules: our dog was never to be left alone in the room, even briefly, despite 35°C temperatures outside. We were also told we must always leave a phone number and be ready to return to the hotel at any time if needed.\n\nSorry, but this is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel that claims to welcome pets. I came to Rome to explore, not to stay in a hotel room with my dog—and certainly not to expose my pet to extreme heat. If pets aren’t genuinely welcome, please don’t market the hotel as pet-friendly."
