"The hotel is beautiful—luxurious, comfortable, and well-designed in every way. Breakfast is amazing, and the staff in the breakfast area is especially friendly.\n\nHowever, I was brought here by my airline after missing a connection, and it was clear that guests like me weren’t treated the same as regular paying guests. For example, I was handed a dinner bag and asked to eat in my room, while others were dining at the restaurant. The experience felt second-tier, which was disappointing in a hotel of this standard. Same at reception, I was not treated the same way as other guests."

"Stayed here for a week on business trip and was pleasantly surprised by my stay.\nThe rooms are very new and modern but if you're staying with someone else, be warned that there are no doors to the shower area! So make sure you're really, really good friends or really comfortable with each other 😅.\nGood selection for the breakfast buffet and some days they have a live station for treats...one morning it was freshly made tiramisu!\nOne downside is that you will need to walk a bit to get to restaurants. I had room service a few nights for dinner, and the food was pretty decent, but worked in terms of convenience!\nGym is located on the top floor so you get the view of Rome whilst running on the treadmill!"
