"The choice of this hotel was, without a doubt, the most terrible experience I have ever had during my travels. I regretfully rate it 1 out of 5 and cannot recommend it to anyone. In fact, I believe that hotels of this caliber should not be allowed to list on any booking services. By the way, is it, not a hotel, it is a mismanaged type of rental apartment.\n\nI paid a substantial sum of euros for my stay, and it was a complete waste of money. From the moment I arrived and they didn't let me in, that made my visit to Rome an unforgettable disappointment. They confirmed my booking, charged the full amount for 2 nights and just didn't open the door. I was traveling from another country by plane, then train and metro, with luggage and had to urgently look for another accommodation.\n\nFirst and foremost, the host's behavior was abysmal. She was impolite and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of hospitality.\n\nFurthermore, the host's communication was severely lacking. They were unresponsive to phone calls and messages, leaving me feeling stranded and helpless during my trip. As a traveler in a foreign city, this lack of communication only added to the stress and frustration I was experiencing.\n\nThis was my first trip to Rome, a city I had longed to visit, and unfortunately, this host's behavior completely spoiled my impression of the city.\n\nIn conclusion, I strongly believe that hotels of this quality should not be allowed to operate and list their services on platforms like Booking and others. They tarnish the reputation of the industry and ruin the experiences of travelers. I urge potential guests to avoid this hotel at all costs and seek accommodations that value their guests' well-being and satisfaction. I would not wish such an experience on anyone."

"After a long and tiring walk from the airport by train and metro(with our luggage), we finally arrived at 3.20pm but the flat turned us away. The only reason given was that our expected arrival time was between 2 and 3pm. But this was the estimated time, not a set time, and there was no notice or regulation telling us we must arrive at this time. (Because our flight was delayed).\nThen we had to take our luggage and book another flat and did not receive any refund. The attitude of the owner of this appartement was very bad, he only said two words: We are closed. Call Booking.\n\nI strongly advise you not to choose this hotel as you may have nowhere to stay."
