"We stayed for 2 nights, and it’s a really nice location, very close to everything and all within walking distance.\n\nThe room is quite small, but it was good enough for the two of us.\n\nBreakfast was okay, and the staff were helpful and polite. However, we did find ants in one of the plums served at breakfast.\n\nWe appreciated that we were able to store our luggage after check-out at no extra cost.\nThe top floor is open to guests and is a nice spot to visit at night.\n\nIt wasn’t too noisy for us, we were able to get decent sleep even though it’s close to the road, as it’s tucked behind another building. Overall, I’d say it’s a really great location!"

"I stayed at Comfort Hotel Bolivar in Rome last week. The hotel itself is nice, and the room service was truly excellent — the best part of our stay.\n\nHowever, we had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. There was a woman (wearing a red coat — she was the only one dressed like that, so we assumed she might be a supervisor or in a higher position) who was quite rude, both to guests and to her co-workers. When we asked her for help, she didn't understand us, as she did not speak English. This was surprising for a 4-star hotel in the heart of Rome, a major tourist destination.\n\nAfter she struggled to understand us, she called another staff member — a young Asian girl — who was very polite and fluent in English. She kindly helped to translate what I was trying to communicate. However, the woman in red didn’t seem to care about what was being said, and continued to be dismissive. Later, we noticed she was friendly with her Italian co-workers, but not with foreign guests or foreign staff. We don’t have any personal issue with her, but when guests pay for a 4-star hotel, they expect professional and respectful treatment from all staff.\n\nWe are very thankful to the young girl who helped us, even though we didn’t catch her name. She showed great professionalism.\n\nAnother disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. The food quality was very poor — fruits were not washed, and many items were not fresh. Honestly, it wasn’t up to the standard you'd expect, even from a lower-rated hotel.\n\nOverall, while some parts of the experience were positive, a few key issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected."

"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Bolivar on our trip to Italy and Amalfi Coast. The location is perfect and a very pleasant walking distance to Roma Termina along via Nazionale.\n\nThe staff at this hotel are all very courteous and friendly. A special mention to Mr Peter who went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Half way through to the airport, we realised that we had forgotten a pouch which had some cash and other important stuff. We called up the hotel and Mr Peter, realising the urgency, had already got the pouch collected from the room and was waiting for us at the reception when we turned our taxi around.\n\nBreakfast on the terrace was a very nice experience with a superb ambience and view. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel on our future visits to the city and recommend it."
