"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by the kindness and warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.\n\nThe team was always available, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We were especially touched by the handwritten welcome note in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! We were also offered welcome drinks, which was a lovely gesture after our trip.\n\nThe room was spotless, and everything was extremely clean. Sheets and towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated.\n\nThe hotel is located very close to a metro station, which made it easy to reach the center of Rome during the day. In the evenings, however, we chose to stay in the area to avoid the hassle of traveling back late – and we were happy to find nice local options nearby.\n\nOn our last night, we were pleasantly surprised with a small farewell gift from the hotel – such a sweet way to end our stay and something we will always remember.\n\nA big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special.
