"Our stay at A.Roma was fantastic, the shuttle to the city was very convenient and the spa access was very welcome for a tired new mum but what stood out most was the service. We were on holiday from Australia over for my sisters wedding with our 4 month old baby when unfortunately he became very sick on the third day and they were so helpful in getting us medical help and helping us get to the baby hospital and then checking in on how our baby was doing after as well as helping us with a late check out so want to say a massive thank you. They also made his cot so cozy and all the little touches added up."

"The hotel is excellent, but the reception is very late in delivering the room key until 3:19. Note that check-in is at 3:00 exactly. Guests with children must be taken into consideration, as it is a long way to reach the hotel.\n\nWhen I asked for the reception manager, I was told he wouldn't be here for 15 minutes.\n\nWhen I hand over the room key, he tells me that the good news is that the room has been reserved and the key has been given to me. Is this logical and is this a way to serve customers?\n\nNote that two rooms were booked. The first was delivered at 3:10. As for the other room, I have not received it yet and the time is 3:37."
