Paus Putih Hotel

"Worst hotel experience - room was nice. The hotel itself has so much potential if done properly. It was great that we could walk to coconut beach from the hotel. The staff was not engaging, one was a bit rude. Taxi and bike rental dealt by the hotel was overpriced so we engaged our old hotel instead. There was no hotel transfer whatsoever (while many hotels on the island with the same price range do provide free hotel transfer. The worst part was the road to the hotel. Its really far off and almost had no lights along the way. We didnt care much about the darkness and the distance from the city but the condition of the road to the hotel was very bad, horrible and in fact super dangerous if you’re riding a bike. Like if you’re new to riding a bike, do not stay here. You can fall any minute. I won’t be staying here again."

"Located in the ocean front on north east of Nusa Lembongan whilst the location was 5 star as a stunning view the difficulty in reaching our accommodation was interesting. The dirt roads to the accommodation were pot holes and maps clearly did not know the location and during our stay 2 drivers got lost! Aside from this Paus Putih is in a brilliant location. You can step down to the beach at low tide and explore the beach and cliff walks to other places where we could enjoy a drink or a meal.\nThe bungalows were clean and pretty and were perfect after a day of travel and exploring to cool down in the air conditioning and nap before going out to one of the many warungs for dinner (all very good and did not make us unwell!)\nWe chose a very upmarket dinner on our final night and walked the tracks home after dropping our bikes off nearby.\nThe pool and outdoor sitting areas are perfect, clean and pretty. Breakfast included made for a relaxing start to the day, omelette being our favorite.\nI would stay here again, affordable, clean, lovely staff, great location, crappy roads but the overall stay experience worth it."
