"Honestly the worst room I've ever been. Room was not clean, shower room the dirtiest I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff was unwilling to help or profide money refund, since we were not able to spend the night here.\n\nIf you have an option, please do not stay at this hotel! Very bad service and smelling dirty room"

"Worst room I have ever stayed in. I arrived and was send to my room. I had to pay right than.\nI looked around in the room and felt disgusted. I have never ever had such a room. It is worse than on the photos(my camera is Not the best).\nThe mirror was dirty, the towel for the feet was partly Black, the nightstand was lying on the floor, the walls were dirty, but the bathroom was the worst. It was moldy everywhere, water lime and dirt in the toilet and all around the Tiles. This has not been cleaned for a while.\nThe good thing: I said I wanted to leave and the man called the manager and they gave me back my money.\nI cant understand all these good ratings."

"The service was terrible.\ni booked a room, when i would like to check in early i ask theres a room available but they told me to check in at 2 pm, ok, i leave for an hour to brought a meal, when i am back to check in my room that i booked, they handed over to someone else. I HAVE PAID THAT ROOMS DUDE AND THERES NO APPOLOGIZE FROM THE STAFF, INSTEAD THEY BLAME ME COZ LEAVING TO BROUGHT A MEAL.. THANKS TO THAT I LOST MY MONEY FOR 200K ++ 😊👍\nkak kapan" kalo ada guest yg udah bayar kamarnya, kamarnya jangan di handed over ke orang lain.."
