"I booked 7 rooms well in advance for a group of divers traveling from abroad. Everything was PAID and confirmed. When we arrived, we were shocked to find out that they had no record of our reservation and no rooms available for us.\n\nNo one warned us. They just left us stranded at the door, offering no solution, no alternative, not even a proper apology. I had to find accommodation for the entire group at the last minute, in high season. A complete nightmare.\n\nCustomer service was terrible, unprofessional, careless, and totally irresponsible. They caused us huge problems, and we’re still waiting for any kind of compensation.\n\nIf you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place. I’ve never experienced anything like this while traveling, especially with a paid reservation."

"DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES, THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUNDOWN!!\n\n❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌\n\n- ⁠Mould on pillows- asked for new pillows which also were covered in mould.\n- Walls covered in mould and damp.\n- Limescale covered shower and fittings\n- Plug sockets not working\n- No staff ever available- number left we were unable to call\n- Property is extremely run down\n- No WIFI in bedrooms\n- ⁠Had to as for fresh toilet paper and towels as 1 roll for 9 nights does not suffice\n- ⁠Asked to move rooms, no soap to wash your hands and walls covered in mould\n- ⁠Pool needs cleaning - dead insects floating around\n- Broken amenities around the pool\n- ⁠Terrible shower pressure\n- ⁠Infrequent hot water\n\nThe owners have let his place run into disrepair and don’t seem to care about paying guests welfare. Many of the guests we saw were sat in the heat for upwards of an hour waiting for someone to come and check them in. Their rooms were not ready on arrival (at the required check in time) meaning they were told to “just wait” even longer in the heat whilst their room was cleaned.\nMany of the guests we saw were extremely disappointed and took pictures of the run down property.\n\nWould not recommend you stay here!!!"

"Stayed here for 5 days…look you get what you pay for. It’s cheap accommodation but please be aware it’s not great. Showers are grim. Bed itself is alright but the walls are stained. It’s down a long dark road down a side street. Also Wi-Fi is non existent so if you need it not the place for you.\n\nIf however you just need a cheap room and intend to be out all day then this could work for you. Drinks on site are also reasonably priced."
