Mega Cottages

"Went to visit the beach and stayed there all day. The pool and sunbeds were good. It did cost 50k each to rent per bed. Be aware.\nService was friendly and not pushy. However, we ate lunch there as well and the portions sizes were extremely small and not that tasty. I ordered the chicken satay and maybe had 120 gr of chicken. My girlfriend had the prawn tacos and she only had 5 small pieces of prawn on there. Go there for the drinks and lay there. The prices for those things were semi decent. But don't eat lunch or dinner there. Simply walk to another warung and have a good portioned delicious meal there."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.\nThe location is perfect..right on the beach, swimming pool, massage shop, and 5 minutes walk to the main street of Lembongan.\nThe little bungalows themselves are small, and there is a noticeable difference between the older one's, and newer ones, from the outside.\nInside, there's a very basic bathroom, small fridge, double bed with mosquito netting, & coffee & tea making facilities.\nThe Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent at times, and there was no T.V.\nThe small porch was handy to dry the washing with the provided clothes rack.\nThe free breakfasts were nice, but not many options. They also sell lunch & dinner there. The bar/kitchen closes at 8p.m.\nThere are plenty of chairs & tables, lounges, & sun lounges with umbrellas available.\nThe beach itself was clean, with lots of nice coral washed up on the sand.\nI think the only things to complain about were; someone would occasionally let off fireworks on the beach, and we would get Gecko lizards coming into our bungalow making these loud noises, which would wake us up.\nThe staff here are wonderful, always cleaning up or tidying the gardens.\nWe lost power one night, and they had it fixed in minutes.\n\nPros; Location.\nStaff.\nProximity to main street.\n\nCons;\nNoisy Gecko lizards in our bungalow.\nAnts.\nLack of any meat in the brekky menu."

"The accommodation at Mega Cottages offers good value for the price, with a quiet atmosphere and a great location. However, my positive experience has been overshadowed by a double charge on my credit card. Now, four weeks later, I am still trying to get this issue resolved with Mega Cottages.\n\n*8 weeks later communication stopped with Mega Cottages (from their side), they're not cooperating in refunding the amount.\n\n*12 week later........ nothing."
