"What a beautiful place on the outside but unfortunately the room I would say 3 star and service 3 star. Check in took longer than I would’ve liked. In the room there were no hand towels no face washes & no glasses, but was clean. Around pool area and day beds, we couldn’t get service for a drink. Massages were good.\n** The food we all ordered was Fantastic**\n\nOverall it was a good place just a few things that need to be touched up on and they need to look at their advertising on website. As not much entertainment over a weekend."

"Beachfront is the bonus here. We chose to walk to a restaurant recommendation for dinner and it was a dynamic and fun thing to do with all the boats and families living life along the way.\n\nThe resort itself is tired however everything you need. Restaurant was good food but the staff seem to only attend when you arrive. After that we had to get their attention constantly for anything. All friendly and delightful, just a lack of attentiveness if im to be honest."

"The staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate us, but several aspects of our stay were very disappointing.\n\nInitially, we were placed in a horrible ground-floor room infested with bugs. The bathroom had an OUTDOOR plant area, which attracted TONS of insects—why would anyone think that’s a good idea for a bathroom? (See pic, the black spots on the floor were all bugs) There was even a cockroach. Thankfully, we were moved to a much better room.\n\nWe booked a room for THREE people, the room they gave us had TWO single beds. When we complained, they said that we had only booked BREAKFAST for THREE people. Ridiculous logic! We also asked for an extra bottle of water (since only TWO complimentary bottles were provided for THREE guests) but were told we’d have to PAY EXTRA.\n\nThe spa was terrible. Instead of a proper spa area, treatments were done ON THE HOTEL BED IN OUR ROOM. Additionally, my sunburn treatment was falsely advertised—it was supposed to include an Aloe Vera mask, but they only used ice. To top it off, my masseuse’s fingers smelled like Indonesian food, which was so nasty.\n\nOverall, I couldn’t wait to leave this place."
