"From the moment I arrived at K Club Ubud, my jaw dropped — I was completely in awe. The entire place is breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by serene jungle views that instantly put me at peace. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff: hands down the kindest, most efficient, and genuinely caring people I’ve ever encountered. They were always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel so welcome — I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Both on-site restaurants were absolutely delicious, and once we checked in, we didn’t feel the need to leave until check-out. The hotel is spotless, and despite being nestled in nature, I didn’t see a single mosquito thanks to the thoughtful use of repellent incense in the villa. K Club Ubud is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at — a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and exceptional service."

"Our recent stay at K Club Bali in June 2025 was an unforgettable experience, made truly exceptional by the professionalism and warmth of the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and impeccable service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.\n\nAs the property is beautifully nestled in a lush forest setting, we did have an unexpected encounter with a snake in our villa. While it could have been alarming, the way the staff handled the situation with calmness, speed, and care truly impressed us. Their training and courtesy ensured everything was taken care of efficiently, leaving us feeling safe and well looked after.\n\nThis incident aside, the rest of our stay was nothing short of magical — serene surroundings, luxurious amenities, and outstanding service at every step. The natural beauty of the location combined with the dedication of the team made it a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.\n\nThank you, K Club Bali, for your excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning soon!"

"K Club Ubud is a boutique hotel beautifully placed in the great rich, green, vivid jungle.\n\n*Facilities: all good style quality, taken care of daily, however not new. You walk (or ride) around in lovely corridors of green paths to get to places. Sometimes must take couple of steps to get to the main pool.\nGym is well equipped to do a good workout if one needs. Enough of equipment for that.\nOne remark. We don’t understand why they choose not to use an area above Kabana restaurant, which is designed to be a bar and place to have drinks and hang out. There is no such place at the hotel, which is the only downside. If you want to have a drink, you need to use one of two restaurants, but if you don’t eat, both places are not perfect just for drinks. The mentioned place is abandoned now, but you can walk through it and you should to see a better view to the juggle. There is also a pool there (I believe so) on this level, but no-one uses it.\n\n* Service: all staff is extremely helpful, there for you via what’s up chat. There is no phones at villas. They have a system of communication via chats, which makes everything quick and done properly, from reservation bookings to extra need in the room or buggy ride\nHousekeeping. For me it’s part of overall service and I don’t mention it often as I believe good to very good should be a base. Here they do an extra effort. Everyday, they would neatly fold your cords of charged, set up toiletries nicely and put away your pajama. At night there is a turn down service of course.\n\n*Atmosphere: in general public places the hotel proposes ambient club music, creating nice modern vibe, sometimes music is quite loud, but that’s the point. The quality of music is very good anywhere, so it is not an accident. They have lasers on the jungle making a nice effect at night. At Akar restaurant there is many projectors creating nice images on the ceiling and big face in a central part of the place.\nAt villas obviously you decide how you want your time to pass. We usually chilled in the big open area by the pool, rather relaxing. Some we heard take advantage of it to have a little party. You can hear some sounds from time to time from other villa, but it happened once, i our case. I’d describe private areas as extremely calm and quiet in general, like no-one was there.\n\n*Food: there are two restaurants. Akar for breakfast and dinner and Kabana for lunch, pool food and also dinner. Both places have good quality food, no questions asked. Akar is better in terms of overall experience, service and atmosphere wise, better known also for outside guests. Breakfast is a’la carte in Akar and also good. Portions are small, but you can choose many dish, so you’ll not be hungry.\n\nOne thing is unbelievable. I don’t know what they do and how they do it, but being in a jungle one would expect mosquitoes and other annoying bugs to bother you. They take care of it so well, we had no bites. Respect. You leave the place and right away you are a subject of insects meal…\n\nSummary. Absolutely great place to spend 4-5 nights, feel the atmosphere, admire the nature of the juggle, chill and spoil yourself with good food. The place good value for money for a European, as although it is not cheap, delivers very good quality at all aspects it should."
