"Seems like this place was a nice hotel 10 years ago, but is slowly declining. Our room had cracked walls, peeling paint, exposed wires, etc. (See attached pictures). The staff were understanding, and the manager very kindly upgraded us to a different room for free; however, the new room was much the same.\n\nAll of that said, the staff were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was nice, and the beach area was lovely."

"We just had our company retreat here and I can say that the team did an excellent job in helping us excute our event here. Special thanks to Mba Mita who has been a great assistance since Day 0. She was very helpful in responding to all our questions, going the extra mile to help us understand what they can offer. From our conversation and meeting, she could gauge our needs and her suggestions are on point, making sure that we could get all things we need for the event. The resort itself is perfect, not too huge for our team of 30ish participants. Food is great, right on the beach, ground area is clean and well maintained. Rooms are a bit dated but they did a great job in maintaining them, no complains. Will definitely recommend d'Nusa Beach Club and Resort for those considering to have their events here. Or even for a personal stay. Don't judge this place from some of the lower reviews, try to talk to the team, and even do a site visit first to have a more informed decision. We were hesitant at first due to the reviews, to be honest, but we finally had our retreat here and frankly speaking, it exceeded our expectation. Thank you d'Nusa Resort, Mba Mita and team. "I booked 5 nights, but only stayed 3 nights there, have to leave 2 nights ahead due to the bad experience. The room is too simple and dark. The mattress is so uncomfortable. Outside view is messy and full of weeds, no any view. There are burning something outside, lots of smoke. The neighbor is blinding a house, very noisy. The room’s air- conditioner cannot adjust the temperature, very cold and blowing strong winds. It make me and my partner all sick and got a fever. The beach is norrow. kitchen food is terrible and very limited choice. The hotel is not worth the value. The massage room is too cold and simple. They call the therapist from outside shop, the fee charge us is double of outside shop.\nOur group, 4 people all have very bad experience there.\nIf you want to enjoy your holiday, this hotel just ruin your holiday and they will not refund any dollar to you if you want to leave early."
