"Firstly this is not a resort, a set of 8 nicely done rooms around pool . They are mini villa rooms at best. The images are misleading. There's a vacant lot directly behind the property where they dump old furniture and burn leaves. There's also no umbrellas as in the pictures\n\nAt nearly $2500 for 5 days we expected better quality, we paid a lot and didn't get that much\n\nWhat we were not expecting ( as a family of four) was live rock and metal music until 10pm every night. Good if you're a backpacker perhaps bit this really needs to be stated as it really ruined our experience\n\nPros: the deal with the restaurant next door for free breakfast is amazing. We're gluten free and even we had a pleasing variety to choose from\nFree water and fruit in arrival"

"This hotel was an absolute disappointment. The room was outdated and had a persistent bad smell. It was extremely dark — barely any natural light, so we felt like we were in a cave the entire day. The bathroom was a disaster: the toilet was dirty, the wooden shower was completely worn out, the sink was cracked, the faucet was rusty, and even the towels were dirty. The bedding didn’t feel clean either.\n\nThe pictures on Booking and their website are incredibly misleading — they make the place look much better than it really is.\n\nThe only positive was the free transport from the arrival point to the hotel.\n\nAs for the breakfast — terrible. I literally found eggshells in my omelette. Very few options overall, and definitely not up to standard. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all."

". Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was old and poorly maintained — the doors didn’t close properly, and both the toilet and bathroom were in bad shape. The faucets were dirty, the shower hose smelled awful, and there was barely any water pressure.\n\nThe pool was unusable — the water was green and clearly not maintained. Breakfast was below average, and the restaurant was terrible. The smell was overwhelming — a strong stench of grease and leftover barbecue smoke from the night before. The service was practically nonexistent.\n\nTo make matters worse, the noise in the morning was unbearable. There’s a motel directly next to the hotel, and starting at 7 a.m., someone begins sweeping the outdoor areas in the most chaotic way — loud and random. On top of that, the hotel is attached to a diving school that starts their lessons at 7:30 a.m., and the noise from that is just constant and intrusive. So forget about sleeping in.\n\nThat said, there were a couple of positives: the terrace was quite nice, and the free transfer from the port was appreciated.\n\nStill, do yourself a favor and do not book here. The photos make it look beautiful, but the reality is far from it. This place seriously needs major improvements"
