"We reserved a room for 2 nights thinking it would be cute to stay here. First of all, there is a super-narrow concrete lined path to drive down in order to get there. 6 inches of clearance on either side of our tiny rental car.\nWhen we arrived, a tiny girl was the only person there. We made the HUGE mistake of paying her in cash before we looked at the room. There were flies absolutely everywhere.\nShe took us to the room, which is tiny. There was a fridge, which was the only redeeming thing about this place. There were flies and other bugs and insects everywhere. It was stifling hot inside with an outdoor bathroom. The bathroom floor was all rocks. Nothing to do or look at. No view of the volcano. No where to eat. No way to keep cool.\nWe told the girl we couldn't stay there and asked for our money back. She called her boss or her uncle, or someone. He said no. Then she told us they had another place we could stay in the mountains if we paid some more money. You can only get there by jeep and someone would come and take us there. I had a bad feeling in my gut and we said no. We asked for our money back again. Were told no again. Finally, after 20 minutes of pleading, the uncle on the phone agreed to give us $450,000 of our $950,000. We took our money and got the hell out of there. Good thing, too, because there was a huge thunderstorm with pouring rain that night. We would have been soaked along with all of our belongings.\nI feel like the little girl was scared of whoever was on the other end of the phone. She actually seemed quite sweet.\nI absolutely would not recommend this place. Stay in town where you get a view."

"Even though we booked late into the evening , they prepared the cottage for us and also guided us clearly on how to use the hot spring pools, the breakfast was amazing too.\n10/10 - Definitely recommend to everyone"

"Nice little bungalow with everything you need (electric hot water pot, plugs next to the bed, big, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, & outdoor bathroom). Each bungalow includes a private hot water pool & a nice breakfast. It was exceptionally clean & the friendly staff was happy to help anything you may need.\nOne caution, the small alley you need to go down to get to the accommodations is barely wide enough for a standard car (Daihatsu Xenia). There were about 5cm clearance on either side of the car. There were scratches in the paint. If you don't need to park your car there overnight, I recommend you call the staff to bring your things to hotel & walk from the main road.\nWe enjoyed our time there and will come back again. It's a great value for the price."
