"A perfect place for our one night stay!\nBob W Akadimia is located in a great area, the central square is a short walk away!\nThere was some nightlife around the place, yet inside our room it was as calm as it gets!\nThe hotel is modern, the rooms are comfy and the bed was also great!\nAll in all, we were very satisfied with Bob W and will for sure return!"

"I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel and I feel it's important to highlight a few critical points that future guests should be aware of.\n\nFirst of all, the view from our room was absolutely miserable — we were facing a blank wall, just a few meters away. No city view, no open air, just a gray depressing wall right outside the window. It made the room feel even more claustrophobic and unwelcoming.\n\nAnother major issue: there is no daily room cleaning service. Unless you stay for more than a full week, you don't get any housekeeping at all. You either have to clean your own room during your stay, or simply accept living in a dirty, used environment.\nYes, to be fair, this is mentioned in the fine print during booking — but let's be honest: when you book a hotel, you expect basic services like a clean room without having to take care of it yourself every day. This seriously drains the vacation spirit and turns what should be a relaxing stay into something tiring and frustrating. I believe it's critical for people to know this before choosing this place — you have to ask yourself if that's really the experience you want for your holiday.\n\nCombine that with the other problems we had (like the unreliable door system through the app, and the slow, careless service during an emergency) and it's clear this hotel simply doesn't deliver the minimum you would expect.\n\nI would strongly urge anyone considering a stay here to seriously think twice. This is not the kind of environment you want to spend your time and money on."

"Minuses:\n- sketchy area (very sketchy!!)\n- no room cleaning, so prepare to have overflowing garbage in your room\n- you can enter your room only via phone and it doesn't work from the first time\n- balcony as in pictures on booking.com? No. You will have only a window with a view on the walls of another building\n- Currently there is construction near by so prepare to wake up from the drilling noises\n\nPluses\n- Polaroid like camera with free cartridges\n- Everything is pretty close\n- The room itself is alright"
