The team went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect — they were friendly, always up for a warm chat, and consistently went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.\n\nThey even anticipated my needs — offering to book my transport and thoughtfully preparing a breakfast box for my early morning departure. These are the kinds of thoughtful touches you usually find in 5-star luxury hotels.\n\nThe location is also ideal — close to the metro and walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel restaurant felt like a comforting home-cooked meal, and the host treated everyone like family — so warm and genuine.\n\nIf you’re visiting Athens and want to feel truly cared for, Hotel Athinias is the place to stay. The whole experience was full of heart, and I’ll remember it for a long time"

"Amazing hotel on high standards , renovated with traditional Greek breakfast. Close to metro station, situated on a vibrant area (Mavili square) lots of options for eating, bars and restaurants near by… only negative that WiFi is not working with full signal"

"I stayed at Athinais Hotel for four nights in May 2025 and had a great experience! Yes, the rooms are basic, but it’s a three-star hotel, and what truly matters to me is that the room was clean and well-maintained.\nThe front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. I also want to highlight the breakfast, it was amazing! Definitely not “basic” as some reviews suggest; it’s a true Greek breakfast with plenty of variety and local flavours.\nThe noise from the main street is noticeable, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me, but honestly, I was out most of the day exploring, so it didn’t bother me much.\nI would definitely stay here again!"
