"I stayed for 3 nights with two friends at the hotel to enjoy Athens. The hotel is in an unbeatable location — close to the metro and many points of interest that you can easily walk to. Although the hotel shows its age, it is very well maintained. Both the room and the bathroom were incredibly clean (yes, even under the beds where dust usually collects).\n\nIf I had to mention a downside, the bathroom was quite small and had a shower curtain, but as I said, it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good. Also, due to the schedule of some excursions and our visit to the Acropolis, they kindly let us start breakfast 20 minutes earlier than usual (breakfast normally starts at 7:30).\n\nWe really appreciated the attention from the receptionist, Costan, who recommended a great and inexpensive restaurant where we ended up dining two of the nights. He also gave us helpful advice on what to visit and how to get to the airport."

"I really liked this hotel for the price and location. Service was good and the hotel was clean as well. The location was about a 5-10 minute walk to Monastiraki which was convenient and the pricing was fair as well. There are nicer places in Athens if you’re willing to pay double the price but if you’re looking for an economical stay this place is just fine."

"Let me start by saying that the staff is absolutely rude. No customer service at all.\nThe pictures are misleading as what you see on booking is not what you get at all.\nI checked in very late 1 o'clock after midnight. When I entered the room there was insects on the bed. Didn’t call them immediately as it was very late and I was going to call them in the morning. At 5 in the morning i texted them through booking mentioning the problem of the insects. And the morning they called me saying that I shouldn’t have texted them through booking cause booking can see those messages as well. Which is very unprofessional from them to tell me how I should face a problem I had at that point. Long story short the cleaner came also the manager who she was very rude with attitude. I showed them the pictures of the insects and they blame it on me that i brought it with me and FULL of no senses. I left even tho I had 2 more days. THAT BEHAVIOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE.\nI don’t recommend. They dont deserve not even 1 star."
