"My family of 7 stayed here in July 2025. The location is amazing. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. It was during a heatwave, but the AC did a great job keeping it cool. The view is truly spectacular. The staff were great with our check in, holding our luggage on check out, arranging breakfast delivery, and setting up transportation. Really appreciated that. Kitchen and washer/dryer were great to have in the room. Best part, of course, is literally having the Eiffel Tower right outside your window. Truly an amazing stay!"

"Pros:\n\nIt’s an unbeatable location right next to the Effiel Tower. The apartment is big, and it does have a lift (except you do need to walk a few steps to get to it). It’s a typical old Paris apartment.\n\nCons:\n1) the property kept taking money from my credit card prior to the stay to “check” whether the credit card is valid. Fair enough if they take out say €100 to check, but they take out the full hotel stay which is more than €1000!\n2) it was expensive for what you get. We were expecting a beautiful view of the effiel tower as we look out the window. That is not the case. We got the first floor so you basically have to step out of the balcony and crane your neck a bit to see it.\n3) the kitchen/ bathroom facilities are not great. You would have thought that for an apartment in Paris, a bread knife is essential for baguette cutting. Nope. All I got was a very blunt small knife to hack my baguette. The toiletries included was only shampoo/ body wash. I don’t think they even gave us conditioner, not to mention dental kits or shaving kit. One of the blow dryers does not work\n4) the apartment is not very sound proof, and whilst there are house rules to say no noise after a certain time, people were so loud and yet because the office is closed we can’t even complain abt it"

"My view is relative to the price point of this hotel. Exterior of the building looks amazing, the location is superb, just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower, and technically there is a view of the tower, but is it the best view for the price? Not in my opinion.\n\nWe booked for a two bedroom apartment and we got a three bedroom which would technically have been a bonus if we actually utilise the extra space. I would've preferred a higher floor for a better view.\n\nOnce again relative to the price point, there is a lack of attention to detail, the washing machine tablet dispenser was blocked, amenities such as dental kits weren't available, the bin lid was broken, kitchen utensils such as knives were blunt."
