"⸻\n\nI was quite disappointed with part of my stay. I had clearly requested a room with a bathtub in advance and expected it to be arranged upon arrival. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I asked the staff to check, I was simply told to ask again the next day before 12 PM — which was not helpful, especially as I didn’t have time to follow up again. It felt like the request wasn’t handled properly, and the response from the hotel took longer than expected. Considering the price I paid, I expected better service and a more satisfying experience.\n\nThe location is excellent very convenient for public transportation. The bed was cozy, the breakfast was okay, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing.Best is eazy parking for sure."
