"Our recent stay at Monsieur George Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located just off the Champs-Élysées and a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe, this boutique hotel offers a rare combination of elegant design, warm hospitality, and deeply personal service.\n\nFrom the moment we stepped through the door, we felt more like cherished guests in a private Parisian residence than customers at a hotel. The atmosphere is both stylish and soulful, with beautiful interiors and a serene energy that instantly puts you at ease. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room on the top floor, complete with a private balcony and postcard-perfect views over Paris – the kind of room that makes you want to stay forever.\n\nThe service was seamless throughout. Every request – no matter how particular – was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. A special touch for us was the firm mattress arranged ahead of time for my wife, who had recently undergone shoulder surgery. It made a real difference. We also had access to the serene spa and sauna, which proved to be a perfect way to unwind after long city days.\n\nA breakfast worth waking up for\nOne of the many highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Not only was it beautifully presented and filled with fresh, high-quality produce, but it also included one of the best gluten-free bread selections we've ever come across in a hotel setting. My wife, who is gluten intolerant, was absolutely thrilled by the delicious homemade gluten-free bread – it was so good, we honestly would return just for that. This kind of thoughtful inclusion speaks volumes about the care and detail put into every guest experience at Monsieur George.\n\nThe heart of our stay – Helene Garnier\nWhile the hotel itself is stunning, it’s the people who make it extraordinary. And at the very heart of that is Helene Garnier, the Guest Experience Manager.\n\nHelene is, without exaggeration, the gold standard for guest care. Her warmth, empathy, and natural ability to connect go far beyond professionalism – she embodies hospitality in its truest sense. From the first emails to our check-out and beyond, she treated us not just as guests, but like long-lost friends. On her day off, she generously offered to guide us through her favorite local spots in Montmartre – showing us “her Paris” in the most genuine and heartfelt way. It’s rare to meet someone who so clearly loves what they do and radiates that passion with every interaction. If every hotel had a Helene, the hospitality industry would be forever changed.\n\nAnd let’s not forget Christopher\nA special mention also goes to Christopher, one of the most efficient and caring concierges we’ve ever encountered. Nothing was too much – he managed everything from hard-to-get dinner bookings to securing last-minute entrance to the Dior Gallery during Paris Fashion Week, despite it being fully booked. His knowledge, creativity, and calm professionalism made everything feel effortless.\n\nIn summary\nMonsieur George Hotel & Spa is not just a place to stay – it’s a place to feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. With its luxurious charm, excellent breakfast, and some of the best hospitality professionals we’ve ever encountered, it easily became our favorite hotel in Paris. "I had the pleasure of staying at Monsieur George in Paris, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is cozy, super clean, beautifully designed, and has a very stylish, sexy vibe. The staff is top-level — professional, kind, and always ready to help.\n\nA special shoutout to Giuliano and Elen. When our car was unexpectedly towed late at night, they didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. Thanks to their dedication, the car was back and I was in my room within an hour. Their commitment and professionalism were truly impressive.\n\nThe concierge service was also excellent — super helpful with recommendations and arrangements.\n\nIf anyone asks me for a hotel recommendation in Paris, Monsieur George will be my first answer. I can’t wait to come back!"

"What a beautiful hotel and the perfect way to start our European vacation. The location is ideal. We loved being right off the Champs-Elysees but yet on a quiet street. Grabbing espressos along side the locals early mornings was pretty cool.\nThe hotel is gorgeous, but the staff really makes it shine. We were treated so well. The request to find a bar that would show the Formula One race in English was met. Concierge Christopher went above and beyond by riding his bicycle there to snap a photo for us! The bell hop (wish I had asked his name) recommended we visit the Sacre Cour for it's beauty and views of the city. Wow, so glad we did. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
