"I visit Paris regularly because I’m from here, out of all the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris, this is the worst. Hotel Pont Royal is a 3 star hotel at best, rooms are VERY outdated, service is ok but again not that of a 5 star hotel. The photos you see online are of their suites, we supposedly had a superior room (there was nothing superior about it). Room 708 was incredibly small (literally no floor space left once two suitcases were open), really dark, small window (no view), old small bathroom, beds and pillows were not comfortable. The location is incredible that was the only saving grace."
