"The worst and most racist hotel I’ve ever seen. Definitely not worth staying at. The French “lady” at reception charged us extra for a room with a balcony and kept us waiting for nearly 3 hours, even though we had informed them well in advance. As if that wasn’t enough, housekeeping didn’t even clean the room. The next day, cleaning was finally done, but there were no cotton pads, no soap — nothing was restocked. When I went down to the night reception, the response I got was quite ridiculous: “We’ve run out of cotton pads and cotton swabs.” If these things aren’t available in a 4-star hotel, then just turn it into a hostel."

The hotel's amenities also exceeded expectations, offering everything needed for a relaxing and worry-free stay.\n\nOverall, Hotel Plaza Elysée delivered a seamless experience with a touch of luxury and a lot of heart. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris—whether for business or leisure—and I look forward to returning on my next trip."

"The rooms are not as they appear in the photo, they are much smaller, and the 50 cent bottle of water you drink on the table in your room is only free on the first day. The following days, water is charged. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again."
