"We spent six nights at Hotel Des Carmes by Malone during our family vacation to Paris in July, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.\n\nFrom the moment we checked in, the front desk staff impressed us with their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Prior to our arrival—delayed by a day due to a flight cancellation—they responded promptly to our emails and kindly held our rooms without issue.\n\nThe rooms were spotless, refreshed daily, and always welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were excellent. We also appreciated the included breakfast, which made starting our days simple and satisfying.\n\nAt checkout, the manager personally helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. When the driver charged more than originally quoted, the manager insisted on refunding us the difference—an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.\n\nWe were genuinely touched by the level of service and hospitality, and we’ll absolutely return to this hotel whenever we visit Paris again."

"Fantastic Hotel!\nPerfect location for a charming hotel. Close to Notre Dame and central Paris. Easy access to everything.\n\nNewly remodeled and ultra modern. Comfortable beds, good quality linens and towels. Great shower and well laid out bathroom. Nice quiet functional ac/heat. Quiet room in general-we didn't hear any noise at all at night. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. We had a junior suite, which was very spacious, but I asked to see a smaller room too and it was smaller, but still would be comfortable and had adequate storage and a good bathroom. We would feel quite comfortable in that room too."

"Absolutely loved our stay here!!! We stayed in the smallest room category, which is the smallest room we have ever stayed in, but the amount of storage is beyond amazing. I actually missed this room when we got to our next stop on our trip, which was in Spain and in a much bigger room with less storage.\nWe loved the neighborhood it was in, lots of great restaurants and cafe’s within walking distance.\nAlso metro station is just down the road making it easy to get anywhere."
