"The location of the hotel is really great. When you first walk in, it gives off a nice feeling and a boutique, luxurious vibe. I had an issue with my room, but I truly appreciate how they handled it quickly and kindly, without making me feel upset.\n\nThe hotel is reliable and a good option in terms of price, performance, and especially location. I also want to thank the staff for their attention and support.\n\nThe breakfast was a highlight for me — the area where it’s served is lovely, the variety is satisfying, and overall it creates a very pleasant start to the day. I really enjoyed staying here."

"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were relocated here last minute by another property and, although we technically agreed due to it being a weekend and the booking being the next day, we felt we had no real choice. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even basic standards.\n\nThe room was tiny, poorly ventilated, and had a strong, unpleasant mold smell. There was visible dust everywhere, the sink was dirty, the bathtub had mold and staining, and the walls were visibly deteriorating. The coffee station was laughably stocked — just two capsules and no other amenities.\n\nTo make matters worse, when we raised our concerns with the front desk, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Our request to change rooms was flat-out denied, and there was no effort made to address the issues or make us feel welcome.\n\nThe only positive aspect of this hotel was its central location, which was convenient for getting around Paris. Sadly, that’s where the positives end.\n\nI would absolutely not recommend this hotel and hope management seriously reevaluates the standards of cleanliness and customer service here."

"We stayed two nights in this hotel, and it was perfect. It was at the start of our trip, and it was the best; like really, you ask my husband his favorite part and he's like, "We could have just stayed in France!". We stayed on the top floor in a beautiful room with a lot of space - it gave all the Paris top floor vibes, and we loved that. The room was clean and had everything we needed and a lot of extras like electric adapters and a fridge and even an extra bed - all things we weren't expecting but they had, which was so lovely. The bed was very comfy and if Paris wasn't calling to be explored I don't think we would have so willingly left in the mornings. The staff made the stay though - really. I absolutely adore French culture and how incredibly nice everyone is and the staff here really are. They went above and beyond to make our stay so lovely. From the staff at the breakfast buffet who helped us find what we needed in the mornings (also yum - proper yogurt in the morning, yay!) - to the front desk staff who were very knowledgeable about their city and always had time to talk with us and help us out. I'd like to give a shout out to Araci who was beyond wonderful to us. I'm so happy our paths crossed in this lifetime. Thank you for every kindness you showed us on our journey. My husband has now fallen in love with France, so we hope to be back. The staff also left the most perfect gift for my son, and that kicked off our wonderful trip and is still a great souvenir. And, the location is perfect - we walked everywhere we really needed to go - Paris is right there - right outside your door. And if you need to go further, the train is steps away. It's a perfect location - especially if you like shopping, food, and sightseeing. Thank you, Holiday Inn Paris Elysees, for a great stay - we hope to be back! Merci beaucoup!"
