"We came to this hotel with really high expectations considering the location and the 4-Star rating but oh how disappointing this hotel really was.\n\nIt wasn’t all bad they did provide daily water bottles and replaced the towels each day. Another plus was that the rooms were air-conditioned and they got our rooms beside each other.\n\nHowever the rooms themselves were very out dated and falling into disrepair. The TVs were extremely old to the point where in both rooms had them unplugged. The beds were extremely old and very uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and dirty even with the daily vacuuming. We had cockroaches in the bathroom and the sink basin was cracked in several locations. The shower head seemed to be from the 1970s.\n\nOverall, we did have a place to stay and the staff were very friendly. But the quality of the hotel was very low!!"
