Just as I boarded my flight, I received a call from Mimi, a member of your staff, informing me of the forgotten items and asking if I could return to retrieve them.\nSince I had already left Paris, we exchanged several messages, and with great care and coordination, your team arranged to securely hand over my belongings to a close friend of mine who lives in the city. I was truly touched by the level of precaution, responsibility, and transparency shown during this entire process. It was clear that your primary concern was safeguarding my rights and ensuring the secure return of my belongings.\nI am especially thankful to Mimi for her honesty and dedication, and to all the staff members who supported us throughout this situation. Just six months ago, I had a very unfortunate experience at a prestigious hotel in Cologne, where my valuable suitcase went missing, and the situation turned into a nightmare. "Staff are great:Julia, Anne, Jenna, Gezela . They were very kind, professional and helpful with very good customer care. We faced a problem with one of the help desk staff ( man) and we were very disappointed, but Julia and Anne could make us feel better and they did the above and beyond to make us feeling at home. Location of the hotel convenience and food was very good. Cozy and quiet."
